Custom Tents and Tarps, LLC

We are locally owned and operated.  We purchased a tent and tarp manufacturer in Miami, OK, and we have just opened our new facility, with state-of-the-art machinery, in Afton, OK.

Our ownership and employees have over 25 years-experience building tents and tarps.  Our staff has been instrumental in building thousands of tents and tarps over the years, and have refined our products so that we have solved most of the problems that have been experienced with other tents for years.

For example, we have a product that seals the center-pole to the top of the tent, nearly eliminating the leaky center-pole problem.

Don’t settle for a manufactured tent that leaks water at every center pole just because you are told that that is common.  We pay attention to the little details that will help our product satisfy your needs for years.

We constantly are researching new products, and expect to have a new line of tents that will change this industry for years to come.

Not only do we build and sell tents, but as cattle ranchers, we love to help the ag world, with cattle trailer tarps, grain bed tarps, fertilizer truck and buggy tarps, hay tarps, and so many more.  And we have the staff to install these tarps on your equipment at our facility quickly.  If you want custom color trimming or accents on your cattle trailer tarp to really enhance your trailer, just give us your thoughts and watch what our staff can build and install for you.  (See the picture of our fertilizer truck cover. We offer a Limited Warranty.

Custom Tents and Tarps, LLC warrants all of our products to be free from major defects in material and workmanship for one year.
We are not responsible for normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse, transportation, alterations, and improper installation and maintenance.  We are not responsible for damage due to acts of nature.

Please call us or email us at the first sign of damage, and we will assist you as best we can. We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products.





We offer shipping.

You are always welcome to come to us to pick up a product. However, we realize that there are times that we will need to ship our product to you.
We will attempt to ship smaller items by FedEx/UPS/USPS pending size/weight/destination. Larger items will be shipped via truck from our location, and may have to be coordinated with ocean freight. This last method is the least predictable, but we will attempt to keep you apprised of all shipments as best we can.

Any damage done on smaller items shipped by FedEx/UPS/USPS will usually have to be claimed by us, but the remainder of the shipments will have to be claimed by you, if damaged. We advise taking pictures of any and all damage, and for sure make note of any and all damage on the bill of lading. If the damage claim is our responsibility, please send us copies of all pictures, and your description of the damage. If it is your responsibility, please file a freight claim with the shipping company as soon as practical, making note of the freight company’s requirement on timing.

Your shipment will always include a bill of material or packing list. Please ensure that all items have been received, and please advise us within five (5) business days of any and all products that are missing. Although we cannot be responsible for the loss of any items, we will be happy to provide you with a cost of replacement items for your freight claim.

Shipments to countries other than the US:

We will coordinate freight shipments through competent freight lines, but delivery timing is sometimes not exact. There may be unknown inbound tariffs or other charges, and if so, you will be responsible for these additional charges. We will do our best to identify all freight related charges for you.
